REFRACTORY & INSULATION

FIRE CLAY REFRACTORY BRICKS AND SHAPES

All types of fireclay bricks including Low Duty, High Duty, Medium Duty. Super Duty which are extensively used in Iron & Steel Industry, Non-ferry metallurgy Glass Industry, Cement Industry and many others

INSULATION BRICKS AND BLOCKS

Insulation bricks having special features like low T.C. light weight which are widely used in all types of bricks include ceramic cold face, hot face, mica insulation bricks, HKF Kyanite bared bricks, calcium silicate bricks & all types as per customer’s specifications.

ACID RESISTANT/PROOF BRICKS

We supply high quality acid resistant bricks in various sizes as per customer’s requirements with global exposure. The common application of acid resistant bricks include power stations, petrochemical industry, food industry, storage vessels and similar places where high chemical resistance is required.

MAG CARBON BRICKS & GRAPHITE BRICKS

Carbon and Graphite bricks are used as lining materials for acidic and caustic chemicals where ceramic or synthetic plastic is not suitable. The main advantages are with standability against chemical attack & high temperature changes.

REFRACTORY CASTABLES & MORTAR

Castable refer to materials of hydraulic setting in nature. These are the materials that often contain cement binder, which imparts hydraulic setting properties to castable when they are mixed with water extensively used in boiler work, boiler blocks, power plants, steel plants etc.

INSULATION CASTABLES & MOTORS

Insulating castable is used as a secondary lining in process industries and contact layer in petrochemical industry. Insulating castable usually contains lightweight aggregate such as fireclay, expanded clay, bubble alumina, reclaimed material, expanded chamotte, perlite of vermiculite.

RAMMING MASS

Silica ramming mass is also known as acidic ramming mass or silica mix is used in coreless induction furnaces for melting of scrap. Quality of acidic ramming mass is directly related to the heating performance of the furnaces. Better quality of lining results in the smooth working of furnaces optimum output and better metallurgical control.

CERAMIC FIBER INSULATION MATERIALS

Ceramic fiber products are manufactured from alumina-silica materials and offer such characteristics as high temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, light weight and superior corrosion resistance.

MINERAL WOOL INSULATION MATERIALS

Mineral wool insulation is made from molten glass, stone or slag (industrial waste) that is spun into a fiber-like structure and which creates a combination of properties that no other insulation material can match. There are two types of mineral wool product; Glass Wool Insulation and Stone Wool Insulation.

FIBER GLASS INSULATION MATERIAL

Fiber glass which consists of extremely fine glass fibers is one of the most ubiquitous insulation materials. It is commonly used in two different types of insulation. Blanket (batts & rolls) and loose-fill and is also available as rigid boards and duct insulation. It is used in aircraft, boats, automobiles, enclosures, cladding etc.

REFRACTORY ANCHORS AND STUDS

Refractory Anchors & studs which are suitable for single and double layer lining. These are made from high-grade steel. They are available in various shapes, sizes, chemical compositions and temperature resistance as per the requirement of the client. Anchors has a wide application in various industries like steel, thermal, petrochemical and power industry.

SLIDE GATE MECHANISM

Ladle gate is a device which is mainly used in refractory. These are mainly used for transporting molten metal. These ladles come in different sizes which range from small hand ladle which carries 20 KG’s of molten metal at a time to the larger steel mills which carry up to 300 tons of molten metal. For its successful operation it requires a slide gate mechanism and other related refractory components.

TUNDISH BOARD & NOZZLE

Tundish boards are the disposable boards used to form an inner lining for continuous casting tundishes. Zirconia tundish metering nozzles are used for the continuous casting of steel controlling the flow of molten metal from Tundish to continuous casting. Tundish boards are the disposable boards used to form an inner lining for continuous casting tundishes.

REDEX, CASTING POWDER (NFC) & GREEN MORTAR

Casting powder provides easy and fast solidification of metal by providing high rate heat removal from metal. Green mortar is used in ladles for setting nozzles and in for setting slide gate plate area. Radex called expandable heat insulation compounds. Casting powder in CCM forms a very strong lubricating layer between solidifying metal & mould.

ROTARY KILN & SPARES

Rotary Kilns (also known as rotary calciners) are used to heat solids to a predetermined temperature in order to create a chemical or physical reaction. The two basic types of rotary kilns – direct fired and indirect fired (calciners) - can be found supporting processes in mineral, agriculture and other material processing industries.

INDUCTION FURNACE & SPARES

We supply various range of furnace & spares which can be made available as per the OEM specifications based on drawings. We offer melting furnaces and its spare parts such as melting furnace parts, copper & steel melting furnace parts, non-ferrous melting furnace parts, metal and induction melting furnace parts etc.

BOTTOM POURING SET

Bottom Pouring sets are of different sizes and different combinations, it is highly used for pouring melted steel and iron from the furnace to the moulds. It is difficult to mention all the physical and chemical specifications of this product because different furnaces have shapes of and due to which they need different types of B.P Sets.

FOUNDRY MATERIALS

Foundry raw material is important element in any foundry. The raw material used, contributes a lot for the energy consumed in any foundry. The melting energy takes its important role in consumption and so effective management in this direction is much essential.
